Participants will be placed into groups, no more than 15 participants in each. So you should plan to make 16 tags. We will begin accepting tag submissions as soon as you have them ready. HOWEVER, no submissions will be accepted after Saturday, October 29th.
Tags should be no smaller than 2"x 2" and no larger than 3" x 4". Feel free to use stamps from any company you like.
When you are creating your tags make sure that they are of the same quality that you would like to receive. One of your tags should have your name and the company names of any stamps, dies etc. that you used.This is so we may post on our sample board for customers to see. When you bring your tags in, include a large envelope (at least 6" x 9") or a quart sized Ziploc bag clearly marked with your name. Please do not just put a slip of paper inside your bag with your name, it must be clearly written on the outside of the bag with a permanent marker or have a white label affixed to the bag with your name on it.
The completed tag swap will be available for pick up November 1st thru November 26th and if you are unable to pick them up we will be glad to mail them to you if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (be sure to attach enough postage).
