New Classes, Sept. Used Stamp Sale, Christmas Tag Swap, IO Trunk Show, and a New "To Die For" Program

There is a LOT of information in this post, so be sure to read all the way to the end.

There are several exciting new classes coming up! Dani and Harriet have come up with some fun new ideas that you are going to love. Here is a little info about the new classes, check the Class Schedule page for the details.

TAYLORING YOUR 6x6 - $28 (includes your 6x6 Echo Park Paper Pad and all of the pre-cut dies)

Come and let Dani show you how to take a 6x6 patterned paper pack and make 4 layered cards by looking at the patterns in a different way; using some of the new Taylored Expressions Stamps and Dies and a Hero Arts Operation Write Home set.

Remember the cake in a box? Well, Harriet has put together a special box that you can put a small gift in, therefore making a gift box in a box. That's right - two boxes in one!

SHAKER DAY

You have spoken and we have listened. Many of you have experienced problems with making  your shaker cards. Dani is putting together a class to help make things easier and teach you some of her tricks. Stay tuned for more details on this class.

NOVEMBER

CLEAN AND SIMPLE CHRISTMAS - $28

Make multiple cards of two designs. We hear you when you say, "I love what I did in class, but I cannot mail it as it is my sample!" So, we will be making Christmas cards that you can mail. There will be 2 different designs and you will be making multiples of them that you can send to family and friends. Get 8 of your holiday cards done on a Saturday morning with friends at Stamper's Alley!!

SEPTEMBER 19th - ANNUAL FALL USED STAMP SALE - There will be 2 make-n-takes, sales and door prizes inside along with the wonderful bargains you will be shopping for outside. The sale begins at 9am and runs till 3pm.
PLEASE NOTE:  We have only 6 spots left. So if you are knocking off the dust and thinking about participating in the sale, don't wait too much longer. To be fair to all sellers, we would ask that the selling not begin until 9am. This is to give everyone the same fair chance to sell their items. Thank you so much for being considerate.

Beginning Tuesday, September 1 NEW  "To Die For Tuesday" - Every Tuesday when you come in (and you must come in)  you will receive a 10% discount on all wafer thin metal dies. But don't forget when you buy our dies that have coordinating stamp sets you receive a 15% discount on the stamps and the die. What a deal!

We would like to remind you of a few programs already in place.
  • Anytime you spend $25 before tax you are eligible to put your name into a drawing for a $50 gift certificate.  We draw the name at the end of each month.
  • Every 15th of the month we offer a 15% discount on your entire total all day
  • During your birthday month, you can select a one-time only shopping spree where your entire purchase will receive a 20% discount.  Happy Birthday to You from your favorite crafting store

Don't forget to start reminding your family and friends to get you a gift certificate for any special occasion. They are good for one year and our only stipulation is they cannot be used toward classes.
We have decided to have our Annual Christmas Tag Swap this year! I realize this is only August, but our holidays are approaching very quickly. Please read the info below and if you wish to participate we would love to have you. You will go home with some wonderful handmade tags for your holiday packages. 

STAMPER'S ALLEY ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TAG SWAP

Registration ends September 19th. You can call Stamper's Alley at 704-664-5068, sign up in person or email (stampersalley@gmail.com). Participants will be placed into groups, no more than 15 participants in each. So you should plan to make 16 tags.  We will begin accepting tag submissions as soon as you have them ready. HOWEVER, no submissions will be accepted after Saturday, October 31st - no exceptions.
Tags should be no smaller than 2"x 2" and no larger than 3" x 4".  Feel free to use stamps from any company you like.
When you are creating your tags make sure that they are of the same quality that you would like to receive.  One of your tags should have your name and the company names of any stamps, dies etc. that you used.This is so we may post on our sample board for customers to see.  When you bring your tags in, include a large envelope (at least 6" x 9") or a quart sized Ziploc bag clearly marked with your name.  Please do not just put a slip of paper inside your bag with your name, it must be clearly written on the outside of the bag with a permanent marker or have a white label affixed to the bag with your name on it.
The completed tag swap will be available for pick up November 4 thru November 21. If you are unable to pick them up we will be glad to mail them to you if you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (be sure to attach enough postage).

Friday, October 2 - 11am until 3pm
There will be a make-n-take during this show and there will be no charge. We will have a good variety of dies to buy that day, however, should we run out we will be glad to order for you.
