New Hours for October

First let me say thank you to all the vendors and shoppers who came out Saturday for our second annual used stamp yard sale.  We had a great turnout, great sales, and a wonderful Make-n-Take. If you missed it, be sure to mark your calendar for the next one, which will be held on the first Saturday in May, 2014.

I would also like to thank each and every one of you for being so patient, thoughtful, and concerned while I have been recuperating from my back surgery. Thank you for all the cards and well wishes. I must say things have gone very well thus far. That being said, beginning October 1st we will be open Tuesday – Friday 10-5, Saturday 10 - 4, and closed Sunday & Monday. We will see how it goes and hope to be able to continue those hours into the coming months.

One more bit of news. We received the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Pen in orange, silver, blue, clear, and black. The gold is still on backorder.

2nd Annual Carolina Shop Hop

October is just around the corner and we would like to pass on to you the information we have at this time concerning the Shop Hop. The Shop Hop runs for the entire month of October. To be eligible for the sales, giveaways, drawings, etc. you must purchase a $15 ticket book. The shop from which you purchase your booklet will then be your Home Store. Your Home Store will enter your name into a prize drawing to be awarded by them. The ticket book will list the shops and all the information pertaining to their activities, sales, etc. The ticket book secures your discount at all the participating stores. Besides the 20% off your total purchase (some items excluded), they will either be having special guests, demonstrations, a Make-n-Take or Take-n-Make. Some will even be offering free merchandise.

When you visit the shops they will stamp the Ticket Booklet with the Shop Hop stamp on their store’s page. Those customers who receive nine or more stamps(depending on the total # of stores signed up) will be entered into the GRAND PRIZE drawing for a Sizzix EClips Electronic Die Cutting Machine complete with accessories. WOW - what a prize! The machine will be on display at Easy As Cat Soup.
