Here are the details:
Registration ends August 28. You can call Stamper’s Alley at 704-664-5068, or you can sign up in person. Participants will be placed into groups of no more than 15 participants each, so you should plan to make 16 tags. We will begin accepting tag submissions on Wednesday, September 1st through Saturday, September 25. No submissions will be accepted after that date, no exceptions.
Tags should be no smaller than 2” x 2”, and no larger than 3” x 4”. Please use stamps from companies available at Stamper’s Alley. If you are not sure about a certain company, please give us a call.
When you are creating your tags, make sure that they are of the same quality that you would like to receive. One of the tags should have your name and the company names of any stamps used attached to it. This information will be included on the display board. When you bring your tags in, include a large envelope (at least 6” x 9”) or a quart sized Ziploc bag clearly marked with your name. Please do not just put a slip of paper inside your bag with your name, it must be clearly written on the outside of the bag with permanent marker or have a white label affixed to the bag with your name on it.
The completed tag swap will be available for pick up Saturday, October 2 (Stamper’s Day) through Saturday, October 19th. Please be sure to pick up your tags by that date. If you are unable to pick up your tags in person, we will mail them to you if you include a self addressed, stamped envelope (be sure to attach enough postage).
